Metro Manila, The Philippines – Over 400 hundred researchers and scientists gather and open the 17th Conference of the Science Council of Asia Wednesday, 14 June 2017, at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City, Philippines, to affirm the various ways science, technology, and innovation help attain inclusive development in Asia. Countries and regions represented are the Philippines, Indonesia, Myanmar, Republic of Korea, China, Malaysia, the United States, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, China: Taipei, and Japan. The assembly, which runs until Friday, 16 June 2017, features various presentations and discussions between noted scholars through six plenary and four parallel scientific/academic sessions, together with over 150 research posters and other collaborative meetings.
